Questions

What counts as an active account?
Any evaluation or funded account you have not archived. The free plan allows 2 at a time. Archive one you no longer trade and the slot frees up.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Email us and Pro ends at the close of the period you paid for. Your data stays in your account.
What happens to my accounts if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. You keep all your history and can still view it. You just cannot add new active accounts beyond the free limit.
Do you connect to my prop firm or broker accounts?
No. You enter balances, fees and payouts yourself, so FundedGuide never needs your trading login or API keys.
How do I pay?
Request Pro access and we email you with payment options. Pro is switched on for your account once payment is confirmed.
